How do we help Aviva customers have the ability to view and change their pension funds on the go?

Organisational challenges

Pensions are a complex thing to understand; Aviva wanted to ensure that we had an intuitive solution so that our customers can view and easily understand their current pension.

Initiatives

After considerable research, we identified the user demographic and personas we were targeting. From that Data, we created a simple UX that paired information into easy understanding sections. Some advanced users then had the options to go into more complex detail when required.

Outcome

• The new experience improved interaction with the tool and increased traffic to the pages by 33%
